Minimum Requirements
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 3+ years applied experience.
Hands-on experience in full stack development using Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS).
Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), version control (Git), and cloud native environment (AWS).
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and knowledge of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
