Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification mandatory.
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Digital.ai Agility), CI-CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Jfrog), and XP Framework techniques (TDD, refactoring).
