Manage and prioritize technical team backlogs by breaking down complex epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives acting as Scrum Master to drive sprint delivery and resource capacity management.

Functional knowledge of batch processing systems, legacy relational databases, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).
Operates effectively in complex, regulated environments such as financial services with a strong understanding of enterprise data pipelines and cloud migration.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build cross-business relationships and negotiate prioritization.
Thrives in dynamic, high-energy settings managing multiple concurrent demands while maintaining a process-driven and consultative approach.
