Technical Product Owner - Career

Manage and prioritize technical team backlogs by breaking down complex epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives acting as Scrum Master to drive sprint delivery and resource capacity management.

Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and business teams to map legacy batch and database workflows to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and coordinate cross-team dependencies.

7-12 years of experience as Technical Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Banking, Financial Services, or data-intensive environments.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred but not strictly mandated.

Experience with Scrum ceremonies, Jira/Confluence, and managing team capacity and velocity metrics.

Functional knowledge of batch processing systems, legacy relational databases, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).

Operates effectively in complex, regulated environments such as financial services with a strong understanding of enterprise data pipelines and cloud migration.

Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build cross-business relationships and negotiate prioritization.
