Project Manager.CA-Administration Unit

Conduct site visits for new development projects to verify site conditions and infrastructure.

Plan, budget, and manage project execution including coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Oversee construction works, manage contractual obligations, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards while supporting both local and overseas projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputed university.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management of building construction projects, with at least 2 years as client’s or consultant’s representative at construction sites.

Proficiency with MS Project and AutoCAD preferred; good organization, planning, and time management skills required.

English proficiency in spoken and written form; familiarity with local and regional market dynamics.

Experienced in managing complex building construction projects with multi-stakeholder coordination and financial oversight.

Demonstrates strong leadership with proven ability to handle contractor relations, conflict resolution, and contract management.

Capable of supporting multi-location projects including overseas, with knowledge of sustainability practices like green building standards and LEED coordination.
