Own end-to-end digital transformation projects related to lending products in BFSI sector, including process definition, requirements gathering, and implementation.
Act as liaison among business users, technical teams, and vendors to clarify requirements, manage deliverables and provide functional support during development and testing.
Establish and manage governance frameworks for project, change, and release management, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
4-7 years of relevant work experience in BFSI sector, preferably within lending (banks, NBFCs, fintech, or consulting).

Education: MBA or BE/BTech required.
