Own end-to-end digital transformation projects related to lending products in BFSI sector, including process definition, requirements gathering, and implementation.
Act as liaison among business users, technical teams, and vendors to clarify requirements, manage deliverables and provide functional support during development and testing.
Establish and manage governance frameworks for project, change, and release management, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of relevant work experience in BFSI sector, preferably within lending (banks, NBFCs, fintech, or consulting).
Mandatory experience with digital transformation (DT) and lending products.
Education: MBA or BE/BTech required.
Willingness to travel domestically and abroad as per project requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in BFSI lending domain with strong hands-on knowledge of loan origination and loan management systems.
Skilled in business process modeling, requirements analysis, and bridging gaps between business and technical teams.
Familiar with governance frameworks and managing multiple projects simultaneously within IT and business environments.
