Support PMO and digital transformation initiatives for capital projects in metals and mining sectors, focusing on schedule management, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Develop and maintain schedules, dashboards, and digital tools including 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI-powered report assistants to improve project visibility and control over scope, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Handle procurement/vendor performance tracking, risk mitigation, compliance documentation, and preparation of management reports using Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, and BIM tools.
4-7 years of experience in construction, metals/mining, PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Education: Mandatory B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) and MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Technical skills: Proficient in Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); experience with drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced professional comfortable in extensive travel to project sites and client offices, handling large marquee capital projects.
Strong in planning and controls, data handling, dashboard creation, and report writing with hands-on digital and AI enablement skills.
Capable of managing multi-stakeholder coordination including EPCs, vendors, and regulators with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
