Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI systems including multi-agent workflows and LLM-powered services.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or similar roles.
Strong Python development skills with experience in production system development.
Experience with LLMs, prompting, RAG systems, agentic workflows (LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK), and API integrations.
Ability to work during IST morning hours for cross-time zone collaboration; work location: India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable backend AI services and deployments, with knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerized applications.
Skilled in debugging, problem-solving, and independently managing projects with influence over technical decisions.
Capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvements in engineering standards and documentation.
