Lead end-to-end change requests and project implementations for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance Systems, focusing on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Collaborate with Finance partners to gather requirements, design functional solutions, perform fit-gap analysis, and drive post-implementation stabilization.
Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and coordinate with technical teams and external partners for integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Minimum 3+ years experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including module integrations and at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud project deliveries focusing on R2R.
Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Tax; working knowledge of Receivables and Payables preferred.
Proven experience managing change lifecycle processes including configuration, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment and support.
Work Experience Required: At least 3+ years relevant Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Systems experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance systems with a focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and cross-module impacts.
Experienced in coordinating with finance business partners and external implementation teams in a structured project environment.
Familiarity with related Oracle modules (Procurement, Order Management, EPM) and financial reporting or automation tools is a plus.
