Manage and lead a field sales team of 5+ to drive EDC device sales in the Oil & Gas vertical (e.g., petrol pumps, distributors).
Drive merchant onboarding and increase transaction volumes through effective team coordination and channel partner management.
Analyze market trends, monitor daily sales productivity and quality, and handle reporting using Excel and sales tools.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales and distribution with proven team leadership in field sales.
Graduate degree mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred.
Must own a smartphone, bike, and helmet.
Experience in POS/EDC device sales preferred; must have strong knowledge of merchant onboarding and sales operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and scaling field sales teams in metrics-driven environments targeting merchant acquisition.
Strong background in Oil & Gas sector channel sales or similar distribution experience valuable.
Comfortable with hands-on ground execution and reporting using sales tools and data analysis.
