Drive technical growth and partner enablement across Snowflake's Partner ecosystem in India, including System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners.
Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill partner teams on Snowflake architecture and best practices aligned with business goals.

10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience working with Global and Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners in the region.
Strong technical expertise including designing scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka, strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals (cloud experience preferred).
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within India.
Deep knowledge of data domain thought leadership within partner communities and understanding of partner revenue models and industry challenges.
Technical hands-on experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and big data/cloud integration technologies (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue).
Experienced in influencing and advising partners as a trusted technical advisor with a strategic mindset towards growing partner Snowflake practices.
