Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to work across Asia Pacific time zones with flexible collaboration; experience supporting multiple countries or regional stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within shared services, Global Business Services (GBS), or regional operations environments.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to produce high-quality, accurate data and insights.
Effective stakeholder management skills with strong communication and ability to work independently within governance frameworks.
