Management Local Head, Executive Director, Accounts Payable & Receivables

Lead Source to Pay Operations across multiple Asian countries, overseeing Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Payments functions regionally.

Provide governance and operational oversight for offshore delivery centers in Bengaluru and Manila, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, manage performance governance, and build leadership and accountability in a geographically dispersed team.

10+ years experience in Source to Pay, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations or related operations discipline with significant regional leadership responsibility.

Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Operations.

Experience managing outsourced/offshore delivery models with focus on governance, controls, and workforce management.

Strong knowledge of purchasing, invoice processing, payment operations, and related accounting, tax, regulatory frameworks specific to Asia.

Proven ability to lead complex multi-country operations and coordinate cross-functional teams in diverse locations.

Experienced in executing transformation initiatives and managing competing priorities under global governance frameworks.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
