Manage end-to-end Expense Accounting and reporting activities from Global Finance Centre.
Partner with Global Process Owner to drive process and controls improvements and automation.
Perform accrual calculations, journal entry preparation and posting, reconciliations, and timely period-end close activities.
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or MBA; Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) mandatory.
4-6 years progressive experience in Accounting Operations or Record to Report in a controllership/shared services environment.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), knowledge of Essbase, Oracle Financials; knowledge of Spotfire, Tableau or similar is a plus.
Experienced in shared services environment accounting with focus on controllership and expense accounting processes.
Comfortable working with financial systems and automation initiatives partnered with process owners.
Able to handle detailed accrual, reconciliation, and financial reporting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
