Senior Manager– Sales Strategy & Business Operations

Own and drive key global business transformation initiatives across sales, client services, marketing, HR, and finance functions.

Develop and maintain analytics dashboards, operational metrics, and market intelligence to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Lead AI/Copilot implementation projects including configuring agents, enhancing AI adoption, and integrating new AI technologies across functions.

7+ years in progressive business operations, technology implementation, or sales transformation roles.

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business Administration, Engineering preferred); MBA or equivalent preferred.

Strong proficiency in project management and data visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).

Hands-on experience with Generative AI (context engineering, agentic workflows), Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce CRM, and JSON for AI agent configuration.

Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder global projects with clear vision and stakeholder communication.

Familiar with financial services or technology companies, especially with knowledge of trading/order management systems.

Technically adept with strong expertise in AI productivity tools and CRM systems, enabling operational and sales process improvements.
