Minimum Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
10-13 years of experience in embedded software development, testing, and project management.
Experience working with multi-national teams, especially German teams.
Proficiency in PMP processes, project management tools (MPP, Prime, Planisware), and requirement management tools (ALM/Azure DevOps).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in embedded engineering projects with knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle.
Experienced in managing medium-large teams (15-20 people) across different geographies with effective stakeholder and risk management skills.
Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN/CAN FD, J1939, UDS), debugging tools (JTAG), and optionally knowledge of Autosar, MBSE, and Electric Vehicles domain.
