Own L2 alert triage, incident response, dashboard development, and service onboarding for Datadog-based observability stack.
Maintain and improve monitoring configurations including Datadog monitors, synthetic monitoring, and integrations with cloud and container platforms.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical alerts and incidents, support infrastructure monitoring and server maintenance to ensure platform reliability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3–5 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or monitoring engineering roles with hands-on Datadog experience.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS required) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Must be able to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation.
Experienced in Datadog monitoring features including dashboards, APM, logs, SLOs, and synthetic tests with knowledge of scripting for automation.
Proficient in collaborating with DevOps, Cloud, and Engineering teams to onboard services and align monitoring with service requirements.
Capable of handling complex incident investigations and contributing to process improvements and documentation in a multi-shift global operational environment.
