Senior Program Manager

Lead and mature the IDC PMO function by establishing governance, standard work, execution cadence, and metrics to improve delivery discipline and accountability.

Drive portfolio execution across new software product development, sustaining engineering, lifecycle management, change requests, and strategic site initiatives aligning with business goals.

Strengthen project governance, reporting, risk tracking, and executive decision inputs in collaboration with multiple global business units and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related technical discipline.

10+ years experience in software project, program, portfolio management with multiple years in PMO leadership, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences or regulated product development environments.

Proven experience leading PMO governance including milestone tracking, risk management, resource alignment, budget oversight, and executive-level reporting for complex, cross-functional programs.

Experience working in global matrix organizations collaborating across Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Software, Cybersecurity and Operations teams.

Experienced in operating within regulated environments requiring compliance with QMS, design control, change governance, audit readiness, and software product lifecycle processes.

Strong cross-functional collaborator skilled in aligning priorities and managing dependencies across global and multi-disciplinary teams.

Demonstrated leadership capability to manage and develop project leaders while driving disciplined project execution and risk/resource management.
