Ensure day-to-day SLA and quality parameters are met, including preparing and submitting daily checklists to supervisor.
Handle, escalate, and resolve queries timely; manage small team clusters and monitor cluster deliverables.
Conduct root cause analysis of errors, suggest/implement controls, provide training to new and existing team members, and lead process improvements and team-building activities.
Minimum Requirements
Around 2 years of industry experience, with 12 months as an Analyst II.
Open to working night shifts.
Knowledge of Capital Markets, with exposure to Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Commingled Funds, or Fund of Hedge Funds preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office; understanding of Risk, Audit, and Compliance factors is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operations and domain knowledge related to alternative assets or capital markets.
Has a proactive problem-solving approach with ownership mentality and strong communication skills across hierarchical levels.
Capable of conducting training, audits, compliance awareness sessions, and driving process improvements in a team environment.
