Lead and manage teams across Security Operations Center (SOC), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Engineering functions to ensure execution excellence and SLA adherence.
Drive cybersecurity program maturity through workforce planning, resource allocation, coaching, and team development.
Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, process improvements, automation, and maintain audit readiness aligned with business objectives.
10-12 years of cybersecurity experience including SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering.
At least 3 years of people management experience in a matrix or global environment.
Strong understanding of SOC (Incident Response, SIEM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, Regulatory Compliance), Security Engineering and Controls.
Job location: Hyderabad (Hybrid).
Experienced leader capable of managing multiple cybersecurity domains (SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering) simultaneously in a global/matrix setup.
Familiarity with healthcare or HIPAA/HITRUST regulated environments or GCC/Managed Services preferred.
Comfortable driving process standardization, automation, and aligning cybersecurity teams with evolving business objectives.
