Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years of development experience required.
Must have expertise in Domain Driven Design, Redhat Openshift or equivalent cloud platform, Spring Boot microservices, Spring Framework and Security, REST/JSON, and Micro-frontend development using Node.js, Angular, React.
Experience with MongoDB distributed database and CI/CD technologies (GitHub Enterprise, Lightspeed, Release On Demand, SonarQube, COIN, Elastic Stack) mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior technologist with deep full-stack Java development experience in scalable microservices and cloud-native environments.
Experienced in implementing Domain Driven Design and working within Scaled Agile frameworks and continuous integration/deployment cycles.
Proficient in both backend (Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka) and frontend technologies (Angular, React, Node.js), with demonstrated leadership coaching developers and aligning technical solutions to business goals.
