Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
8 to 12 years in software quality assurance, including at least 4 years managing or leading QA across multiple delivery streams.
Hands-on mastery of automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and performance testing tools (JMeter, k6).
Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps testing practices within agile/Scrum environments.
