Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise-wide data models including master and reference data using erwin Data Modeler and Informatica MDM.
Architect and implement Master Data Management (MDM) and reference data solutions across multiple domains ensuring consistent data governance, quality, security, and compliance.
Define data architecture patterns for Databricks Lakehouse, collaborate with data engineering to implement ELT/ETL pipelines, and lead stakeholder workshops to govern data modeling and MDM design.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in enterprise data modeling and data architecture roles.
Hands-on experience with erwin Data Modeler and Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog).
Experience integrating major enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, OMS, MDM, and AR systems.
Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of normalized, dimensional, and canonical data modeling approaches.

Experienced in managing complex transactional and analytical data models across large enterprises.
Proficient in both data governance frameworks and practical implementation of data quality, security, and auditability practices.
Capable of leading cross-functional teams and workshops, mentoring technical staff, and acting as a subject matter expert in enterprise data modeling and MDM architecture.
