Java AI_Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery phases.

Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and continual improvement guidance.

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical requirements.

3-5 years of application development experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.

Experience with agile software development methodologies.

Client-facing or consulting experience highly preferred.

Experienced in end-to-end software development lifecycle with leadership accountability in technical planning and delivery.

Skilled in problem-solving with ability to create innovative solutions and mentor team members.

Effective communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including decision makers.
