Senior Engineer, Enterprise BI & Analytics

Lead development and maintenance of enterprise Power BI dashboards focused on project profitability, resource utilization, pipeline, and FP&A.

Design and manage star-schema data models integrating multiple source systems (CRM, ERP, project/time-tracking, HR) to ensure consistent, reliable reporting across teams and subsidiaries.

Perform detailed reconciliation and variance analysis to ensure data quality and support executive decision-making.

5-7 years of experience in data analysis or BI development with significant hands-on Power BI expertise.

Strong skills in Power BI DAX and Power Query (M) for building end-to-end data models and dashboards.

Solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals including star schema design and multi-source integration.

Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL knowledge; familiarity with cloud data warehouses and ELT processes.

Experienced in complex, enterprise-level data environments involving multiple business units or subsidiaries.

Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders (Finance, Operations, Sales, HR) to influence data architecture and analytics strategy.

Proficient at building and explaining complex analytic models and variance analyses to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data trustworthiness.
