Design and develop VS Code extensions and advanced developer productivity tools using JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS, including syntax highlighting, code completions, diagnostics, and UI/UX enhancements.
Build and evolve Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs) with Langium or similar workbenches, handling grammar definitions, semantic validation, and artifact generation.
Integrate DSL tooling into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automation scripts, maintain code quality through testing and collaboration, and produce developer documentation.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of software development experience with focus on developer tooling, IDE plugins, or language engineering.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js for extension and tooling development, with hands-on VS Code extension experience.
Practical experience with Langium or equivalent DSL workbenches and understanding of Language Server Protocol (LSP) and Debug Adapter Protocol (DAP).
Experience with Python scripting, Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration, and familiarity with Electron framework.
