Lead and manage teams across Security Operations (SOC), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Engineering to ensure execution excellence and SLA adherence.
Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, team performance, and capability building within cybersecurity domains.
Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, process improvements, automation, and audit readiness to enhance program maturity and align operations with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of cybersecurity experience covering SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a matrix or global environment.
Strong understanding of SOC operations (Incident Response, SIEM), Governance Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), and Security Engineering controls.
Location requirement: Hyderabad (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable managing multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams in a fast-growing, global, or matrixed environment.
Proficient with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
Preferably holds CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications and has exposure to AI-driven security operations and automation.
