About This Role

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure Java microservices and APIs in enterprise environments.

Provide technical leadership including code reviews, mentoring, setting engineering standards, and driving architecture decisions.

Manage cloud-native deployments and CI/CD pipelines using AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes; engage with senior stakeholders on technical strategy and delivery.

Minimum Requirements

12+ years of hands-on Java development experience with proven technical leadership in enterprise teams.

Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring MVC, Cloud, Security, Kafka, Data JPA/Hibernate).

Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms including EKS/AKS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and cloud security.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions), Docker, and Kubernetes for microservices deployment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Senior-level engineer with deep Java and microservices expertise combined with leadership experience managing multiple engineers.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive architectural decisions in Agile environments.

Experience working with event-driven architectures, cloud-native infrastructure, and engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
