Collaborate cross-functionally to produce journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and scalable AI-augmented design systems.
Champion AI adoption by establishing best practices, mentoring teams, and managing project scope, risks, and communication throughout the lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of UX/product design experience with a portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design principles.
Proven hands-on proficiency with AI design tools demonstrated by AI-assisted work in portfolio.
Proficiency with Figma is required; experience with at least two AI-powered design or prototyping tools mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in strategic use of AI to enhance design speed and quality, understanding AI’s role versus human craft.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, startup environments with a track record of collaboration.
Capable of producing and communicating clear, iterative AI-assisted design workflows and processes, showing before/after impact in portfolio.
