5–7 years of hands-on technology development experience before moving into programme/project management.
Proven track record delivering technology programmes in retail, supply chain, or ERP environments.
Strong experience in technology PMO practices, budgeting, Agile/hybrid delivery methods, and exceptional senior stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing global, multi-region teams with sensitivity to localisation and regulatory variations.
Understands end-to-end integrations, data engineering pipelines, and UI/UX enough to manage delivery risk and hold technical teams accountable.
Demonstrates a strategic mindset connecting programme goals to wider business objectives and builds trusted relationships with senior executives including COO-level.
