Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BTech or equivalent) mandatory.
6+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in SaaS product implementations.
PMP or Prince2 certification required.
Must be available to work US Shift hours (3 PM to 12 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing SaaS product implementation projects, especially in HCM domain.
Proficient in project management methodologies with ability to prepare Gantt charts, status reports, and escalate risks.
Comfortable working under pressure and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
