Engagement Manager_Gen PEM_Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery of software applications.

Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and leadership for service development and improvement.

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into technical requirements and solutions.

3-5 years of application development experience with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.

Experience in software development using agile methodologies.

Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.

Experienced in leading technical teams and mentoring technical staff in a consulting or client-facing environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative technical solutions.

Effective communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior decision makers.
