Serve as the primary technical security advisor for customers, focusing on cloud security, AWS architecture, and product security posture.
Own and manage customer security communications including responding to cybersecurity questionnaires, RFIs/RFPs, and participating in customer calls across Sales and Customer Success teams.
Collaborate with Security and Product Engineering to develop reusable, customer-facing security materials and perform security-focused contract reviews.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with focus on Application Security Architecture, Security Pre-Sales, or Solutioning.
Experience with cloud security fundamentals on AWS (IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub).
Mandatory flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts to support global customer base.
Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in Cybersecurity with relevant domain experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in cloud and web application security with ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experienced working in SaaS environments, ideally with pre-sales or solution engineering exposure, enabling confident customer engagement.
Operates well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring timely, contextual customer responses and cross-functional collaboration.
