EMEA Payroll Delivery Coordinator

Consolidate and standardize payroll inputs across multiple EMEA countries to enable accurate payroll processing and compliance.

Manage payroll operations including processing, reconciliation, employee queries, and vendor coordination ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.

Monitor and mitigate payroll compliance risks, conduct audits, and support transitions, expansions, and automation initiatives in the region.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

5 to 7 years of payroll processing experience covering multiple countries with statutory compliance knowledge in at least one European country.

Proficiency in HR software tools.

Work Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in payroll processing with multi-country experience including statutory compliance.

Experienced in managing multi-country payroll operations within EMEA, focusing on process standardization and compliance adherence.

Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and timely issue resolution.

Skilled in compliance risk management and conducting internal audits with experience supporting external audits effectively.
