Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software development experience including architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
3+ years leading design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Go, or C++ with experience in real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, AI/agentic systems, or network telemetry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable with end-to-end ownership of complex distributed AI and networking systems.
Strong background in building real-time, high-velocity data processing platforms with strict scalability, availability, and latency requirements.
Track record mentoring engineers and leading teams focused on innovative solutions in intelligent networking, agentic AI, and cloud-native architectures.
