Support and maintain SAP Project System (PS) solutions for global manufacturing and engineering operations.
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, support design, configuration, testing, migration, and implementation of PS processes.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, data, and integration issues involving SAP PS and connected systems, following ITIL processes and providing 24x7 support.
Bachelor's degree in IT discipline preferred or minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Project System module.
Exposure to engineering and project system business processes including planning, budgeting, scheduling, WBS, networks, procurement, and cost management.
Ability to work flexible schedules aligned with international time zones. Relocation assistance NOT provided.
Has foundational understanding and hands-on experience supporting SAP Project Systems and related data/configuration.
Experience translating business requirements into functional designs, and collaborating with development teams for integrations and solutions.
Comfortable working independently in complex support environments with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills following ITIL methodology.
