Design, develop, and support transportation management solutions including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), SAP Logistics, and related integrations.
Ensure functional and technical designs meet business requirements and Dow architecture standards, supporting overall project phases and strategic solution implementations.
Provide expert-level support to Integrated Supply Chain teams, including 24x7 on-call coverage and support for upgrades and implementations as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline required.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
Knowledge and experience with SAP, especially logistics modules, and Oracle Transportation Management application mandatory.

Experienced in supporting and enhancing transportation and logistics systems in an enterprise environment, with an understanding of Integrated Supply Chain processes.
Capable of working independently on delivering solutions and managing multiple initiatives with prioritized workload.
Able to collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams while maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.
