Environmental Health and Safety/Construction Safety

Lead and deliver complex EHS and construction safety projects ensuring legal compliance, incident management, and safety awareness on-site for technology sector clients.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships, translating technical safety challenges into actionable strategies for senior leadership and integrating EHS solutions cross-functionally.

Mentor and develop junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, and drive business development focused on safety consulting services across multiple industrial sectors.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

8-12 years of hands-on experience in safety consulting, audits, risk assessments, system implementation, with at least 3 years in construction safety.

Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH, or equivalent; CSP/CMIOSH or similar credentials are advantageous.

Experience with Data Center and Tech industry guidelines and working with international clients; work location Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune.

Experienced leader capable of managing multi-geography teams and driving organizational thought leadership in EHS and construction safety.

Strong client engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in diverse sectors including manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and chemicals.

Technical expert with proven ability to implement safety programs, foster safety culture, and spearhead growth initiatives in consulting services.
