Environmental Health and Safety/Construction Safety

Lead delivery of complex Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) projects focusing on construction and technology sector clients, ensuring legal compliance and promoting safety on-site.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships, translating technical safety challenges into actionable solutions for senior leadership.

Mentor and develop junior consultants, lead teams, and drive business development and thought leadership in safety consulting across diverse sectors.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

8–12 years of hands-on experience in safety consulting including minimum 3 years in construction safety.

Mandatory certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH, or equivalents; CSP/CMIOSH or similar credentials preferred.

Relevant experience with data center and tech industry guidelines and working with international clients; Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Pune.

Experienced leader capable of managing diverse teams and delivering high-impact EHS projects within the construction and technology sectors in APAC.

Strong client engagement skillset with ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop integrated safety solutions.

Proven track record in business development and delivering consulting services in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or chemicals sectors.
