Provide technical and functional support for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) applications across production and project environments.
Configure and optimize SAP EAM/IAM solutions to meet critical asset maintenance business processes and KPIs, including troubleshooting and deploying fixes.
Collaborate in Agile ERP scrum teams with business partners and developers to analyze requirements, design custom solutions, execute testing, and support user training.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience supporting SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance modules, including hands-on SAP EAM configuration and proficiency in SAP ECC, S/4HANA integrations (MM, FI, CO).
Must have experience with at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementations/maintenance/support projects in Development/QA/Production environments.
Knowledge of ITIL practices, Agile methodology, and familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager.
Experienced in complex SAP S/4HANA EAM operations support or project implementation with exposure to Master Data Governance and EAM extensions like Utopia.
Comfortable working in a global Agile ERP scrum team environment supporting large-scale enterprise asset management solutions, preferably with Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry exposure.
Capable of bridging technical and functional SAP teams by handling configuration, automation, integration, and basic technical code analysis or security tasks.
