Own the enterprise RBQM (Risk-Based Quality Management) technology and analytics strategy to enable proactive risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation across clinical trials.
Lead implementation, adoption, and scaling of RBQM platform capabilities integrating cross-functional clinical data for earlier risk detection and improved trial quality and efficiency.
Build and manage a global team to drive enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with strategic priorities including AI-enabled insights and operational intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree with 12+ years clinical data transformation experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years clinical data and technology transformation experience.
At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience managing teams or directing projects/programs.
Deep understanding of RBQM principles, central monitoring methodologies, risk analytics, quality management frameworks, and regulatory expectations in clinical trials.
Experience in AI-enabled RBQM solutions, advanced analytics, digital capabilities in clinical development, and enterprise business transformation within biopharmaceutical industry.

Experienced leader with proven success in leading large-scale clinical development or business/technology transformation initiatives in highly matrixed biopharma environments.
Strategic thinker skilled at integrating cross-functional teams, aligning clinical operations with enterprise transformation programs including AI, automation, and digital enablement.
Strong functional expertise in clinical data ecosystems, RBQM technology platforms, regulatory compliance, and ability to drive innovation and modernization in clinical trial oversight.
