Lead the finance function for TDGS in Bangalore, driving strategic financial leadership, governance, and execution aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements
Qualified finance professional (CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
Minimum 10+ years progressive leadership experience in finance, controllership, FP&A, or entity finance roles.
Strong knowledge of India statutory requirements, corporate governance, audit readiness, and financial compliance.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years, Location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in banking, financial services, shared services, captive centres, or Global Capability Centre environments.
Proven ability to build and scale finance teams and operating models in complex multinational, matrixed organizations.
Strong partner to senior leadership with demonstrated stakeholder management, executive presence, and ability to influence operational and strategic decisions.
