Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI platforms.
Troubleshoot, enhance workflows, and support business process automation initiatives across global divisions following agile (SCRUM) methodology.
Manage change requests, define test plans, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment of RPA tools with business objectives.
Experience with any RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Power Automate is mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 3-5 years overall with minimum 2 years as a Technical Business Systems Analyst. Bangalore location with ability to work shift timings including 12 PM to 9 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst with practical understanding of full system development lifecycle, change management, and process improvements in an RPA environment.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects while aligning with organizational goals and working flexibly across India/UK shift hours.
Strong communication skills with a technical background capable of working across remote teams and diverse stakeholders.
