Configure, customize, and automate the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) lifecycle to support incident intake, triage, investigation, containment, remediation, and reporting.
Design and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions including data/object models, workflows, access controls, and integration patterns in collaboration with clients.
Build and maintain automations and dashboards for improved incident management metrics such as MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, and analyst workload tracking.
3-10 years of ServiceNow experience including at least 2 years focused on Security Incident Response solutions.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Security Incident Response module configuration and administration.
Strong knowledge of security incident management lifecycle, SOC/IR processes, CMDB/asset data impact on SIR, and REST/API integrations including Flow Designer.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
Experienced in designing end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps solutions aligned with enterprise security operations and incident response workflows.
Proficient in technical solution design incorporating integration with SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms and workflow automations using Flow Designer/Integration Hub.
Capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as SOC, IT Ops, and resolver groups to coordinate complex incident remediation activities effectively.
