Lead development of Board Support Packages (BSP) and safety-critical software features for embedded OS and Hypervisor platforms such as VxWorks and Helix Virtualization Platform (HVP).
Oversee all aspects of software development lifecycle for safety-critical systems including requirements, implementation, and verification for Aerospace, Industrial, and Automotive sectors.
Collaborate with product management and system architects to implement customer-requested features and drive embedded software support for new SoCs and architectures (Arm, IA).
BTech or MTech degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
8–15 years of experience in low-level embedded OS development including device drivers, BSPs, and board bring-up.
Strong expertise in C/C++ programming, USB module and stack debugging, BSP, HAL, bootloader development, and embedded systems hardware/software integration.
Experience with HW interfaces for ARM 64-bit or Intel architectures including assembly programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Experienced technical leader comfortable managing and delivering safety-critical embedded software products in aerospace or automotive environments.
Deep understanding of embedded systems spanning CPU, MMU, cache, interrupts, DMA, and peripherals with hands-on knowledge of BSP and virtualization.
Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and align product development to customer requirements and system architecture roadmaps.
