Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in FullStack development including React, TypeScript, Java or Python backend, and AWS infrastructure.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a corporate environment.
Understands responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including security and data sensitivity.
Familiar with agile methodologies like CI/CD, application resiliency, and security, and comfortable using AI-assisted development tools in daily workflow.
