Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable full stack software solutions using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and React JS within an agile environment.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and maintain coding hygiene.
Produce architecture/design artifacts, analyze large datasets to improve software applications, and ensure design constraints are met in code development.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience with Java full stack development including Spring Boot, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
Practical experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Familiarity with version control (Git), cloud native experience (AWS), and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and developing complex software applications in large corporate environments using modern Java frameworks and React.
Able to critically evaluate and guide teams on responsible and secure use of AI-assisted coding tools within software engineering workflows.
Comfortable working within agile teams focusing on stable, secure, and scalable payment technology products, with an operational mindset towards CI/CD and application resiliency.
