Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in performance engineering with hands-on expertise in tools like Gatling, JMeter, or k6 and distributed system profiling at enterprise scale.
Proven experience running reproducible, large-scale benchmarks at multi-billion-record scale with actionable results informing engineering decisions.
Demonstrated expertise in deep CI/CD integration for performance pipelines including automated regression detection and rapid triage.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Hyderabad, India (2 days per week onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional influence to align multiple engineering teams on shared performance tools, metrics, and standards without direct authority.
Has strategic expertise in AI/ML workload benchmarking, including inference performance and resource consumption for enterprise AI environments.
Background or familiarity with multi-tenant performance isolation, noisy-neighbor mitigation, and SRE practices including collaborative SLO definition and defense.
