Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
12+ years experience in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure with proven people management and team leadership in a global environment.
8-10 years hands-on experience with AWS production environments, CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and scripting (Python, Shell, Go).
5+ years managing large-scale AWS services including Amazon EKS, AWS Glue, MSK, EMR, S3, and RDS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary DevOps teams and scaling cloud infrastructure globally.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, containerization, microservices, and open-source observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
Proven capability in FinOps including cloud cost management, implementing auto-scaling and efficiency benchmarks, combined with strong operational discipline and incident management expertise.
