Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent technology transformation projects with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic priorities, eliminate stranded costs, and ensure measurable outcomes.
Develop and implement detailed project and program plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile and other methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Experienced in mentoring and developing junior team members and fostering continuous improvement in project management within global, cross-cultural teams.
