Own troubleshooting, configuration, and support for SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with business partners and developers to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy SAP EAM solutions in an Agile environment.
Provide operational support including issue resolution, system testing, user training, and mentoring junior team members.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and S4/HANA, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations or maintenance projects across Dev/QA/Production environments.
Hands-on expertise in SAP EAM Configuration, SAP ECC, S4 HANA integrations (MM, FI, CO), and knowledge of SAP EAM Extensions (e.g. Utopia).
Experience with ITIL practices, Agile methodology, and familiarity with SAP Work Manager or SAP Asset Manager.
Experienced professional with deep functional and technical knowledge in SAP S4/HANA EAM within Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industries.
Proven operational support experience including upgrades, add-on installations, and managing HANA scale-out and multi-tenant database environments.
Ability to work effectively in Agile scrum teams, collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior members.
